A life coach, educator, facilitator, and speaker, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership shaped by decades of experience in business, psychology, and development.

With over thirty years as a business owner and fifteen years as an adjunct psychology lecturer, Sharmayne has a strong foundation in assessing potential, cultivating growth, and supporting individuals in stepping into leadership with clarity and confidence. Her work consistently centers on creating environments where contributions are valued, perspectives are considered, and leadership is nurtured at every level.
